Being challenging both mentally and physically climbing also makes you feel better. You will get to have a full-body workout, improve your balance and coordination, and all of that while having fun!

If you are experienced enough and know the rules and safety instructions of the gym, you can get a day pass and spend as much time as you want climbing, MoonBoarding or having a cup of coffee at our coffee bar.

For those who prefer group training we have morning, day and evening classes where you can learn how to climb more efficiently and improve your climbing technique.
And if you prefer a personal approach sign up for one of our private classes.

While taking climbing lessons your kid can become stronger and more flexible, meet other young climbers, gain conference and master skills that can easily be transfered to everyday life.
We offer small group classes (up to 8 kids) under the careful guidance of our professional stuff.
